About us

Our services cover Hampshire and neighbouring counties since 1994, establishing as a limited company in 2004. Our team includes over 300 interpreters working over 80 languages.

Lingland’s services include and are not limited to – Face-to-Face interpreting, videocall interpreting telephone interpreting, SMS text service, translation, transcription, proof reading and BSL services. All Lingland interpreters are experienced, and DBS checked to ensure highest possible rate of customer satisfaction.

Our main Clients

We work with Hampshire County Council, NHS, courts, prisons, solicitors, social services, coroner’s office, CPS, police, and charities . Our clients include over 100 regular service users from the public service sector, registered firms and social enterprises.

Unlike companies tied to only one delivery model- usually a distant call center with a random interpreter over a phone- our links with local minorities and professionals allow us to offer you a unique mix of real services: we can deliver interpreting face to face for those first time interviews where you need to gain your clients trust, or videocall when you just need to communicate an update or work with a broad team in separate geographical locations. We are flexible and can deliver anytime, anywhere, exactly the way you need us to.
